I am looking for a freelancer who can develop an AI web application that aims to provide to customers with on-demand advice on specific methodologies, guidelines, and relevant tooling. T
Key requirements:
• The application should allow users to submit questions and retrieve answers from a predefined set of documents. If the information in the document is not considered sufficient to address the question then access to specific websites should be triggered.
• Natural language processing techniques should be utilized to analyze user queries and generate accurate responses.
• Integration with the ChatGPT API is required to enhance the question-answering capabilities.
