web app using React (frontend) and azure cosmos db gremlin (backend)

I'm looking for a talented web developer who can build my web application using React (frontend) and Azure Cosmos DB Gremlin (backend). I need help with coding the code that will be able to accept user input through a form, and then take that data and query it into my database. Additionally, I'm not sure if authentication and authorization is necessary for the project but it must be able to handle small scale usage (less than 100 users).
