web app google sheet

I am looking for someone to make changes to a web app we have deployed, which is linked to a google sheet. The purpose of the app is to share the order tracking details (shipping tracking number) with the customer. Currently it's taking a lot of time to fetch the results, plus it is case sensitive. I want to make it faster and non case-sensitive. These are my 2 current requirements. This type of application requires a dedicated developer that is experienced with Google Sheets and Google Web Apps. The developer should have strong problem solving and communication skills to ensure that the project is completed on time and correctly.
