i wnat to make a website about recharge

i want to sell mobile recharge offer


1.Home page > registation + login page + log out + Dark Mode + about
2. Dashbord > recharge offer list with 3 table ( Regular rate , Today Rate , and purchase button ) .
3. and creat a admin panel with notification sound .
3 . Add payment getway ..
4 . when you click purchase button than open a new from page and user prove his some info ( MObile number , Location(district seclect) ) and click "Next " tnan go to getway and pay " Today Rate " option value .
when you successfully payment than we will get a request in our admin panel with 2 button .
View and Aprove . just aprove system . User show his action button is processing until we have to click aprove button in our admin panel .


5. Need a Purchase history and with print button .
6. i want to On / Off button in admin panel .. wen we click off button than our offer list will be closed and when click On button than open our offer list .. just offer on / off system .
7. home page's will be show our total member .live member count system .
