want to display qr code to diffirent position

My script is phonegap use php base in there but can't live view, need to build apk file to see it , if it work or not work

Normal Qr code display after put email or phone number of user who i want to send money in text box, then will show my qr code ,

i want to move Qr code above text E-mail, without submit anything

Qr code already in create in my system form start after user register
