I want to develop simple Crypto website

Simple website to sell Crypto for fiat currency
- we will rely on this crypto payment gateway plugin : https://mycryptocheckout.com/
to receive the crypto from the users.
- The user should register and they will have to add their information , including the bank account
- Then he will be able to sell his crypto currency from the list provided via this plugin (https://mycryptocheckout.com/)
- Then the price will be calculated (including our fees and the exchange rates)
- The Exchange rate will be set manually and there is already documentation and ready code in the developer website: https://mycryptocheckout.com/doc/snippets/
Under " Modify The Exchange Rate Of A Currency"
- Then after the final price will appear in our selected currency (e.g Euro..etc), the user will send the payment to us
- Then we will be able to track and change the status of the order from our end
- Also we need to have the ability to open and close the selling feature from our end
- I will provide as well an HTML theme that we want to use , so as to implemented with the coding .
- The site can be done using WordPress so as to save the time
