I want to develop a admin panel and a client sitefor affiliate marketing programs

I want to develop an admin panel and a client website where i want to list affiliate campaign lists, In client website it will auto generate an user id will be used for tracking purpose and following features

1) Active offers: Will provide all offers available
2) Wallet where a user can request for payment.
3) Profile page
4) A page will show total earnings
5) A page from where it will build a dynamic link(Inside dynamic link it will have affiliate link)
6) A page will show report like no of clicks


All above should be control able via a admin panel
