I want to connect Woocommerce to a Routeplanner trough CheckoutForm

I have a delivery service for people who will send packages from Netherlands to South America. The people do a request on the website with KG, Date, time and then will pay. Once that is done, the Order will come into the Woomcommerce Tab "Orders" and from there the info will be sended to a software called SmartRoute. ( Smartroute has an intergration with WooCommerce)
For a delivery service. I need someone who can help me Set up a Woocommerce. But there will no products, only a Check Out Form when you click on the button for "SEND A DELIVERY". On this page we need to build a form, where they can place the order ( Country, time, date and where it needs to be picked up en where it needs to go).
So the products, shoppingcards need to be skipped.
