I want to build a teaching website

I want to build a teaching website for online teaching, something like teachable , in which I can embed my videos on and add different courses and lectures in an organized manner

most importantly I want each account to be able to login only one time on a specific pc , no multiple logins or devices to avoid sharing accounts
