I want to be able to pass url parameters from one page to another via buttons

So if a person comes to page example.com/utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=sponsored&utm_campaign=campaign X and click on a button or a link to go to another page which on a subdomain, I want that same utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=sponsored&utm_campaign=campaign to be passed on to the new URL. This has to be dynamic, because sourses, mediums and campaigns can all be different depending on the source and campaign. All sites are on wordpress.
