wannads IPN notification and credits for Website

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with implementing an IPN notification and credits system on my website. The specific requirements for the project are as follows:
- Real-time notification: I need the IPN system to provide real-time notifications whenever certain events occur on my website.
- Automatic credit update: I want the credits on my website to be updated automatically whenever a specific event is triggered.
- Platform: My website is built on the Laravel framework, so it is important that the freelancer has experience with Laravel development.
We have already integrated the Wannads ad wall. It correctly grabs the users details.
Now we need to integrate the postback page

in the page "Wannads.php" (which is yet to be created) and ensure the correct credit level is applied to the account.
