due to vtiger v9 cloud edition in whatsapp integration, we've found a better whatsapp integration with vtiger 7.4 open source local vtiger. so we want to use the 7.4 for whatsapp only, and the rest with vtiger v9 cloud.
so we want, is possible, to create some custom workflows that will create cases on the cloud edition based on incoming messages with api push from one to the other.
based on what's possible and what's not (the professional will dictate), we'd like to customize it to the best possible. for example : when a new whatsapp comes, create case by api. but if another message comes and there is already a case which is not resolved or closed in the cloud, if possible > add the text to the case. and so on and so forth, based on all the systems limitations.
