I want to have a video chat website made very cheap, it is not intended commercially, but for a hobby, it should not be a chatroulette system. but the administrator must be able to monitor all webcams if teenagers misbehave.
Here I put an example of what it should look like on a WordPress page.
the options in the video chat should be:
- geo IP (country flag on for user)
- user must be able to see how many people are watching them and turn off the cam for unwanted viewers
-users must be able to create a private room with a password
-it should work on all devices via browser
