vTiger quote customisation

I require customisation on the quoting, invoice, purchase order module of vTiger.
We are in the manufacturer industry and quote by using SQM, so the current QTY x price won’t work for us.
We are busy at looking for a CRM for our bussiness, but currently not finding one that matches our requirements. And the closest we came to is paying vtiger experts for the extensions but we first want to see if there is more affordable options.
All we want is to adjust the input and calculations off the quote.
So we want the user to be able to input the following
Comment | QTY | Height | width | pricePerSQM | pricePerItem | LineTotal
Than the last line total is a calculated field.
QTY x ((Height x 1000)x(width x 1000)) x pricePerSquare
OR
QTY x pricePerItem
And than the ability to print it as PDF
And than also pull it over to either the sales order module or purchase order model where the PDF printer will print it without price’s as the JOBCARD
