vTiger CRM 7.x decimal number format for PT-BR countries

We are looking for someone who could change decimal marks (comma,dot) in vTiger CRM 7.x from US to PT-BR format. This change should be reflected in all the modules and also in all documents generated in vTiger (invoices, quotes, etc.).
Example: The default setting format for the currency in VT is 1 000.00 but should be 1.000,00.
