use online ordering system to make a pos like system on tablet

I have a good working online ordering system and data base that I need to develop a pos system for dine-in customer. phone,waiting,bar seat number, table/chair number each creating and running individual tabs. Then checkout webpage with the abilities to combine individual tabs. At table tablet displaying new or existing individual orders use a kiosk style webpage. Php preferred.
