uploading content to my laravel site

I have lots of plugins and themes . in a big file
I prefer to have automated upload ,
if not then manually for data entry if so gives me prices per 100 entries at a time .

i attached an excel sheet for how the products file can be to be uploaded , these are NOT the products ,
we have over 1700 plugins and themes , one file is 7 GB and other is 2 GB .
make sure you can do it bec lots of coders wasted our time then they said thy cannot
i attached some screenshots to make clear for you to see it
so best is to upload in bulk NOT manual and include a pic for each plugins which should be included in the package
