upload image to page with session id using php, jquery and javscript

Before reading, this is a very urgent task. I can't wait 1 whole day or even more. I need this into 1.5 hour, i know it is possible. And also need start now!

I have a webpage that is connected to my database. (check uploaded example). I can create and delete unique links with session ID.
I wanna be able to upload an QR code to a specific page with session ID, to a specific position. thats means, for example if i upload the QR code to happy.php for session id 333444 the image will only show up on the page happy.php using session id 333444. The QR code needs to appear instantly without need to refresh happy.php. Before uploading the QR code, on the same position there will be a default image. The QR code that i will upload will replace the default image. I also need a button to delete the QR code again, instantly without refresh.
On the same page there is a input field, i wanna disable the input field if no QR code is uploaded or is deleted
It is like a form.
