upgrading open cart based website and bugfixing

Looking for professional experienced with Open Cart and php.
I have a project with is 90% done but was abandoned few years ago and i would like to complete it now.
my budget is 100$, i will send a list of bugs and website link to selected candidates.
One of the main issues will be upgrade Open Cart 1.5.4 to the latest version without loosing any custom changes and functionalities which has been developed so far.
Time limit is 7 days, during this period, developer must be communicative, available on skype for testing.
Possibility of long term relationship for developing new features once the project will be launched. One of the ideas is to create Iphone and Android app in the next few months.
Do not bid if you can not work immediately and focus entirely on this project for few days.
