upgrade a whatsapp customer service tool with multi attendant
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are searching for someone who can improove our whatsapp platform for customer service (waziper). We would like to develop a function or a module inside our tool that
1) a session that can organize our team members (attendants) in groups and sectors
2) and then, our chatbot understands our customer's demand and automatically directs them to the respective sector attendant, like zendesk, freshdesk, etc...
Some other features that our tool already has: chatbot, bulk message, auto responder , contact extractor from groups and works in cloud (Digital ocean server).
