update old software

I have software that will not run on any servers today. I bought the software in October 2010. It worked fine until Godaddy upgraded their servers a number of years ago. It is no longer supported by the creator of the software and no longer in business. I can't find anything like it on the market. Can it be updated. Attached is the zip file with everything for the site. At the time I paid $67.00 for this.
