typo3 module

Hi, I need to create some modules in Typo3: a) Three (3) that are similar to a service desk model, i.e. it opens a request using forms, status changes and rules. b) Three (3) modules that are similar to a FAQ, i.e. it displays a list of Frequently Asked Questions. Finally we want to update the web page (with a new CSS template). All this project exists in Typo v.4.5, but more than a migration we want to make the modules clean in a more recent version of typo3 (11.5 or 12).
