tuning apache & mysql settings -- 2

we got a good vps server but the website is not wunning well during the missed up settings of it
we need someone to adjust the best settings to make the requests works as fast as possible
we run a php web game application , that is based on multi thread
so each player will make 200-300request per 5 seconds
we need to handle all of the requests without any delay , and make mysql not lock to not cause a delay on threads executions
things to do :
- mysql optimise settings ( such as my.cnf.)
- apache global settings
- php fpm
