travel website wordpress

I want to create a website in Wordpress for vacation rentals. On which I will have about 100 properties. These 100 properties will be the only ones listed on the website. It is not the kind of platform that anyone can list properties on. I have already chosen the template on themeforest. It will only need to be modified.
