transfer my website to new server

I need someone to transfer my website to a new server. I'm not sure if I have access to the current website files and database, but the website is currently hosted on Shared Hosting. This question regarding the target hosting platform was skipped. I'm looking for someone experienced and knowledgeable who can do this job quickly and efficiently.
