Transcoding Panel: Expert needed for transcoding live streams.

Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity with various transcoding systems NVIDIA NVENC NVDEC CUDA FFMPEG
- Strong understanding of encoding and decoding techniques
- Experience in optimizing transcoding processes for efficiency and quality

Project Requirements:
- backend dashboard
- show gpu + cpu utilization realtime / show network output/input troughput realtime in mbp/s
- show total streams, total online streams, total offline streams, total disabled streams
- show total users created / total disabled users / disabled users / expired users
- show realtime streams in a list with options: streamname, current bitrate , stream uptime, audio/video codecs, profile h264/265 / stop stream/ start stream button for each stream in overview

- options for streams -> create/ stop / start / edit / delete / disable
- options for profiles transcoding h264 / h265 effiecently transcoding.
- nginx part should have
security ip field only acces from allowed ip's
port settings for streaming / restart button for nginx*
connected users realtime show user and ipadress

- user management -> create/disable/enable/edit user
-> this means only access streams if user is exist with a password

- output/input all formats for transcoding http/hls/rtmp/rtsp
- export list option for download whole channel list with created channels in http/hls/ format

- Implement efficient transcoding algorithms to minimize processing time
