traffic server

I need a web traffic server that can send traffic that shows as real visitors. I know there is already a few software's available that do this, but I haven't found any that can send a large enough amount. I need to be able to send millions a month. I currently have a source I buy 5 million a month from, but I'm looking to have my own source so I can stop buying from other people. Also, I am hoping there is a way this can be done without having to hunt down and buy proxies all the time. I hope there is someone on here that can help.
