tourism ticket system

I`m looking 1-2 coders to work with us on an upcoming project. Please note, you´ll have to have experience and did such a project before. We may also ask for liability insurance, so please do NOT just bid for the sake of bidding, as we will have to block you!

Requirements are:
- setting up booking (via Json/ Rest-API)
- confirm and assign incoming / outgoing payment
- Add essential data for client (e.g. travel times, departure times, hotel, etc.)
- create ticket was pdf and QR code

Automatic email generation for:
- sending ticket
- request payment
- Cancellation of booking
- accept complaints for part of service, or service in whole, including booking
- add discount for part of service, or service in whole, including booking
- cancellation of part of service, or service in whole, including booking
- add services
- Purchase of service of third party providers
- add third party users (role management)
- Scan of ticket (via APP)

I need an overview of each service in USD, a time frame, and a quick overview of how you plan to accomplish this. I do want this to be coded manually and not told I should buy a ticket system that exists.
