A timesheet website, with login for employees
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I need to create a timesheet website for my business.
* It will need to have a basic time tracking system and employee logins so that each employee can securely and easily access their timesheet.
* I don't need any additional functionality like project tracking or reporting, I just need a simple timesheet Web application.
* This Web application will be used by up to 10 employees.
* Microsoft Active Directory is available for authentication
* Failed attempts to login should lock out accounts and block login
* Logins should be tracked, including source IP (where possible, this is not a hard requirement)
* The website will run on IIS 10 (Windows Server 2019) with PHP 7.3.7
* The dates should track against a the calendar and be correct for years to come
* Once the employee submits the timesheet, the email receipt should be able to approve or decline the timesheet, including adding messages (e.g. please do not include stat holidays, these are not covered by us)
* The email recipients (managers) should be added only by Administrators, not by employees.
* Unique links should be used for emails and approvals, the manager (approver) should not need to login, but the link should not be able to be used by others.... (We want to make it secure not allowing the employee to forward the URL to friends to approve timesheets, but at the same time, want it to be easy, no login required for the approver).
* Timesheets will be submitted weekly, however, as an admin, I will need to review a monthly summary of the hours to pay the employees.
* Reminders should be sent e.g. "You have a pending timesheet waiting for your approval or decline"
