2 tasks on php

1. Ubuntu apache webserver, php webpage calls another php file using ajax post which returns a 403 forbidden error on jquery post. It works on an external webserver, but not on internal server. Need to troubleshoot this online, as server is not accessible over the internet.
2. This page (http://webexbot.layer8networks.com.au/report/index.php) displays data in table with some coloured cells. Need a cronjob which runs every day and prints the page to a pdf file and emails it as well.
