take trade if price hits my level and rejects

hi there, I have a simple strategy and was wondering if someone can help me code it.
for example my level is $100-110 and if my asset comes to my level and rejects I want to enter market short with stop loss above my level ($112) and limit take profit ($90) . if it doesnt reject then no trade.
Its like conditional order but when triggered at $100 it should only enter market short when price drops below 100 or cancel if price goes higher than $110.
I should be able to add my levels manually and be able to add multiple levels both for potential longs and shorts.
