stripe separate charges and transfers

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with a project to separate charges and transfers in Stripe. I need the following specific functionalities:

- Separate charges and transfers into different accounts/ One account currently
- Automatically transfer funds to connected accounts OR Manually initiate transfers to connected accounts

As for the preferred programming language, I am open to suggestions. Please specify your preferred programming language when submitting a proposal.
