stripe payment gateway setup with api for express connect

My business is like lyft where i am the admin,restaurant is my client and user is my customer, i want to pay 80% of total order amount and i want 20% in my account
But my problem is how i can pay to my client? since i dont know their bank details
So now my client is ready to give their bank details
so now i need api or a way through which i can onboard all my client a bank account details automatically in my stripe dashboard from where i can set weekly payment cycle for them and money will go to their account automatically
Now i want you to guide me on this Please how i can develop this as i m not a technically sound person.
