spam filter expansion for Symfony form processor

I am running a form processor for my registration page built using the Symfony framework.
The processor already has a filter that seeks out a specific email address from a notorious spammer, and blocks this from being added to the database.
I'd like to add a second (and third) email address, but since I am not a coder I don't want to experiment and potentially break anything.
Attached is the current filter that needs to be expanded to also block one/two/x additional email addresses.
