social elggg (urgent)

I'm looking to set up an urgent project to build a social network using the open source Elgg platform. I need an experienced developer who is well-versed and familiar in all aspects of the software. I'm not sure what type of social network I want or if I need basic or advanced features, so the successful applicant must be able to discuss these needs with me and make the appropriate recommendations. The right candidate will also have the ability to customize the Elgg platform to meet all of my needs. Time is of the essence on this project, so I'm looking for someone who can hit the ground running and start assisting me as quickly as possible.
