small laravel script - Instagram video downloader and profile pic downloader

We are looking for someone who already have worked on a script that can download videos from Instagram as well as profile photos.
It could be a ready made script that you have integrated for one of your previous projects or a custom script. We will prefer it to be on Laravel PHP. Please give references of similar work to be shortlisted.
