vB 3.8.6 site upgrade to vB 4.2.5

I have got a personal website for many years and it is a 3.8.6 xml file and i need it to be upgraded to vB 4.2.5
I have the site running live at UGTeam.org but there are missing tcats and pheads and style chooser and much more.....in the style chooser of the default theme, this theme style is called: Scarry - Spider
I would like someone to give me a fair quote to do this job, don't say for example: you can do this for $100 and then say but it will cost $400m just give me the right quote.
I have all the files and the XML with me.
