a simple task of Css & PHP (change the code selection, SVG, onclick behavior ) of basic 2 buttons match game

I am using a child theme (Divi)
In the attachment, you will see 2 rows of buttons when where you can match the audio with it suitable word.
The game is based on simple CSS, js, and php code.
The Requirements:
1-The game is working fine as long as we do not select the same button multiple times( in that case, we need to try to match another button to avoid the game getting stuck) so this issue needs to be solved.
2- the audio button has a speaker and a wave SVG so it shows the animation of playing as soon as we click it but the issue is that it will be played only once so if we click multiple times, it should show the animation each time we click it.
3- the current situation is when we have a match both of the buttons disappear and that is good but nothing happens when we do not have a match so in that case I need you to make
both of the buttons must have a red border with a shaking effect to tell that the answer is wrong.
