simple payment link generator

Hi,
I would like to setup a simple payment link tool.

the workflow would be some thing like :
- The merchant adds his payment providers like Stripe, PayPal, etc...
- the merchant sends (via api or rest post) the payment details
- these "calls" are put in the merchant dashboard view as open payment
- the answer to this is a generated link pointing to the payment provider site :
(https://paymenttoolurl.tld/UUIDV1-4 forwarded to payment provider pre-filed with values)
- as soon as the the payment has been executed, the invoiced is marked as paid in the merchant dashboard

I would need some paymentprovider to be integrated:
- PayPal
- AmazonPay
- Stripe
- Unzer
- Mollie
- Adyen
