simple client and invoice management systeme

I need a web application using PHP (you can use any framework that you like)
The application is for reservation fast track services using coupons (or credit), it will have a back office for the admins and front end for the client.

Client side :
Every client will have a login and password generated by the admin
After login client will see a dashboard
how many coupons he still have
How many coupons he used (month or all time)
How many reservations
A reservation page : a form that the client will fill with a check box if he wants to use a coupon or not if yes a coupon will be reduced from total coupons he has in his account
After sending the form an email will be sent to the client and to the admin with al details
History reservations page : a table with all reservations made per month

Admin side :
Login page
Dashboard :
reservations made (per day)
Reservations made that month
Number of clients
Total active coupons (credit)
Clients (agencies) page
list of all agencies (name, address, tel…) Button to delete client or edit infos
Button to add coupons (credit) (admin will enter number of coupons to generate for client and it will be generated and added to client account and also provide it in excelsheet
