A simple attendance management System

Hi There,
I want to build an attendance management system with the following features.
1. System is a time tracking system, the data of checkin and checkout will be uploaded through a CSV file.
2. The system should be able to get the CSV from the inbox of a Gmail account.
3. Users should be able to login and check their, Day Wise, Week Wise, and Month Wise attendance report.
4. The administrator should be able to generate attendance report employee wise or day wise.
The UI should be intuitive. The sample CSV file it attached.
