A simple app to read barcodes in .jpg files.
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I need a very simple progrm.
It will READ some .jpg files (in a specific local folder) containing BARCODE39.
It must outputs a .TXT file with as many lines as .jpg files in the folder.
Each line MUST contain the numeric expression of barcode region, plus the filename+extension, separated by a semicolon and ended by CR+LF.
Example:
87887;myinageName001.jpg
5542184;myOtherimagefilename.jpg
.....
Pls note:
1- all .jpg are grayscale , 300 dpi
2- each image sorce file contain a BARCODE39 on its left upper corner
3- there will be hundreds of .jpg FILES to process on folder
Desired program must be a .exe file (no matter the language)
No fancy GUI needed. Just run and produce the fucking .txt file.
I am providing 5 sample images 4 u test the program.
