shopify create account form modification

Hi,

I am looking for someone who can modify my shopify dawn theme create account page.

I am looking for a toggle where user can toggle a button to choose if they want to register a consumer account or for a business account.

Consumer can be the basic one as right now.
Business registration must include a lot of field for more information.

all customer data must save properly in the shopify customer database
