T-shirt woocommerce site update

I am looking for a Woocommerce expert to update my current version to 4.0 or higher and make customizations to the existing features. The out of date version is from 2018 with cherry framework. I want update to be done with an up to date builder, or framework. The ideal candidate should have experience with Woocommerce updates and customizations, as well as expertise in PHP and CSS. The project should be completed within a reasonable timeframe and provide seamless integration. Please only respond if you can make the theme look exactly as it use does. Thank you
