1. website owner or admin can print shipment label buy admin.
2. customer when buy products they will track orders by clicking tab Track orders.
3. after book the order and before shipped the products if customer want cancel they can select reason by dropdown and cancel.
4. this is already available in website customer panel.............it called return.......but in website it given icon button. you should change icon and make it text button ( return ) beside track order. for more details i have shared doc file step by step. please read it.
