setup vBulletin on my localhost

I need someone to help me setup vBulletin on my localhost so i can start editing my old sites, i have vbulletin already, but when i try to install the software i get about 7 - 8 warnings about PHP, so i am looking for someone who can help me setup through teamviewer on my localhost.
