To setup an online streaming system

I would like to set up a live streaming webpage, protected behind a login/password, where we can stream non-stop the classes happening at our martial arts academy.
Ideally, I would want to be able to schedule when the streaming is online (when there are classes happening) or offline (when there are no classes) without having to switch on/off the device.
