set up recurring payment for paypal

we have a CF7 and we want to link it to recurring payments. We charge 35 for set up and 40 for 1 child and a discount for 2nd child I have purchase 2 plugins, for managing this but it can also be set up in paypal. I just need it to link to a form that I have created.
