Wp service finder theme/ urbanclasp

I bought a service finder theme from codecanyon(similar to urbanclaps, where people can post jobs or browse the category to hire) and the developer its not very responsive.I need a long term developer who can help me fix a lot of bugs and mentain the platform as our intention is to be a real bussines.
