senior expert PHP developer required to improve existing code

We search for a php senior expert developer who can develop clean code in terms of clean coding (book) and best practices of software engineering. Your job will be to improve existing code on different platforms and to ensure that the code is working well
you/your team has at least 6 years FULL-TIME development experience in php as a developer?
you have at least 3 years senior expert developer level in professional projects?

We search you for a hourly based support. Means we need to understand php coding, php conventions, php best practices properly to finally help the tech lead to decide clearly on the project developments. Of course your task is also to cleanup existing bad code and to bring it to a higher quality level.
requirements
- core PHP in depth knowledge
- very good knowledge on systemising bad practice detection of other developers
...- php 7.4 and newer, but good knowledge on how to integrate OOP to old code base, which was built on top op php 5x
We have also technical background, so we can clearly tell you what we need and you help us to decide in what direction to go with your experiences.
